This fine sterling silver centerpiece bowl was designed by Alphonse La Paglia for Georg Jensen circa the middle of the 20th century in his distinctive no. It features a broad bowl with flared rim raised over a complex baluster of four spheres and wire demilune rings over pierced openwork band of stylized anthemion on a turned footer with a stepped edge. Measurements: 5 7/8" H x 10 1/8" diameter (top) x 4 7/8 diameter (footing). Condition Report: Minor scuffs to inside of bowl. Warm oxidized surface, not buffed or machine polished.
